  • 8 ounces saltine crackers
  • ¾ cup canola oil
  • 1 packet dried ranch dressing (1 oz)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons red pepper flakes

How To Make fire crackers

  • Step 1
    Combine the canola oil, dry ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a large plastic bag.
  • Step 2
    Add the saltines and toss gently to coat. Marinate for 2-8 hours, gently turning every couple of hours.
  • Step 3
    Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Lay the marinated fire crackers in a single layer on parchment-covered baking sheets.
