When I worked for Hospice in Midland, Tx. one of the nurses brought these tasty crackers to nibble on when we did our paperwork. They are addictive!! You can't stop with one or two! They are so easy to make, and so good as a snack or with a salad.

How to Make Fire Crackers

  1. Put crackers in 1 gal. zip-lock bag or I use a square Tupperware plastic container with lid.
  2. Mix canola oil in glass 2 cup measuring cup with the dry ranch dressing and red pepper flakes.
  3. Pour over crackers, put lid on or close bag and rotate several times to cover all crackers.
  4. These need to set for a few hours if you can wait that long to absorb oil mixture.
