- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 large sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped (you can mix red & green)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 package corn kernels, frozen, thawed
- 1 package green beans, french style, frozen, thawed
- 1 sleeve - ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
How To Make crunchy ritz cracker corn casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2Mix first 8 ingredients; add pepper to taste. Pour into a 13 x 9" glass or metal baking dish.

Step 3Mix butter & Ritz crackers; spread over top of casserole. Bake (uncovered) for 45 minutes, or until bubbly & golden brown.
