This is a great appetizer for the holidays when you are trying to use up leftover ham, but any time of year is great. I rarely have leftovers.

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups ground ham
1 teaspoon onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon tabasco
1/4 cup mayonaise
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

How To Make crunchy ham ball

Step 1

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT nuts. Refrigerate till firm. Roll in a ball and roll in nuts. Serve with crackers
