Chipotle Chicken Salad
1 can(s)cooked chicken breast
1 stalk(s)celery, chopped
1small jalapeno pepper, sliced thin
2 Tbspchopped green onion
1/2 tsplime juice
2 tspmrs. dash southwest chipotle seasoning
2 tspyour favorite salsa
2 sprig(s)cilantro, fresh, just leaves
How to Make Chipotle Chicken Salad
- Drain a 10oz can of chicken breast, save broth for another use.
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix just breaking up chicken to small pieces for sandwiches or even smaller for crackers.
- If you like jalapeños but not the intense heat, clean and discard ribs and seeds. Use gloves when working with hot peppers.
