chipotle chicken salad
I was hungry and wanted chicken salad, but not the same as usual. We like anything spicy and this is the recipe. Can be eaten on crackers or as a sandwich, or stuffed in an avocado!

Ingredients
- 1 can cooked chicken breast
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 - small jalapeno pepper, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons mrs. dash southwest chipotle seasoning
- 2 teaspoons your favorite salsa
- 2 sprigs cilantro, fresh, just leaves
How To Make chipotle chicken salad

Step 1Drain a 10oz can of chicken breast, save broth for another use.

Step 2Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix just breaking up chicken to small pieces for sandwiches or even smaller for crackers.

Step 3Use cilantro leaves as a garnish or chop and add to salad.

Step 4If you like jalapeños but not the intense heat, clean and discard ribs and seeds. Use gloves when working with hot peppers.
