cheesey chunky avocado dip
My mom and sister are the taste tasters in my family. I made this one weekend for a snack, and they seemed to like it. I hope all my new friends will too!

Ingredients
- 4 - ripe avocados
- 1 - lime, jucied
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - olive oil
- 10 oz. - marketside pico gallo salsa(mild or hot, found at walmart produce isle.
- 1/2 cup hickory smoked cheese, shredded
- 1 - jalepeno pepper, diced
- 2 - tomatills, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 - cap full of mrs. dash fiesta lime
How To Make cheesey chunky avocado dip

Step 1Slice avocados open and spoon out the filling into a medium bowl. Use a potato masher and mash the avocados until creamy.

Step 2Add the lime juice, salt and pepper.

Step 3Drizzle the olive oil in to get the consistency you like, mixing while you drizzle. This process works best in a blender.

Step 4Add the rest of the ingredients, stir well. Serve with tostadas.
