cheesey chunky avocado dip

My mom and sister are the taste tasters in my family. I made this one weekend for a snack, and they seemed to like it. I hope all my new friends will too!

Ingredients

  • 4 - ripe avocados
  • 1 - lime, jucied
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - olive oil
  • 10 oz. - marketside pico gallo salsa(mild or hot, found at walmart produce isle.
  • 1/2 cup hickory smoked cheese, shredded
  • 1 - jalepeno pepper, diced
  • 2 - tomatills, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 - cap full of mrs. dash fiesta lime

How To Make cheesey chunky avocado dip

  • Step 1
    Slice avocados open and spoon out the filling into a medium bowl. Use a potato masher and mash the avocados until creamy.
  • Step 2
    Add the lime juice, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Drizzle the olive oil in to get the consistency you like, mixing while you drizzle. This process works best in a blender.
  • Step 4
    Add the rest of the ingredients, stir well. Serve with tostadas.
