Cheese Crackers

Ingredients

8 ozshredded cheddar cheese (i used a mix of cheddar and monterey jack)

1/2 cbutter, softened

1 1/2 cflour

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspcayenne pepper
How to Make Cheese Crackers
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients together and form into roll.
- Refridgerate for 1 hour. (I rolled the dough up in waxed paper and put it in a plastic bag to keep overnight)
- Cut into 1/4" slices or thinner for a crispier cracker. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 9 - 10 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
