Ingredients
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (i used a mix of cheddar and monterey jack)
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How To Make cheese crackers

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Mix all ingredients together and form into roll.

Step 3Refridgerate for 1 hour. (I rolled the dough up in waxed paper and put it in a plastic bag to keep overnight)

Step 4Cut into 1/4" slices or thinner for a crispier cracker. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 5Bake for 9 - 10 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
