1 1/2 cparmesan cheese, fresh, grated

1 Tbspall purpose flour
- ADD IN (OPTIONAL):

1 - 2 tsplemon zest, grated

1 - 2 tsppepper
-
1 - 2 tspscallions, sliced thin (both greens & whites)

1 - 2 tspcurry powder
-
1 - 2 tspcoriander
-
1 - 2 tspsmoked paprika
-
1 - 2 tspbacon, cooked & crumbled
How To Make cheese & crackers for the lazy

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2In a large bowl add cheese & flour (& any spice, herbs or zest you wish to use); mix well.

3Using 1/8 measuring cup, scoop out cheese mixture making 12 mounds on 2 silpat or parchment paper lined baking sheets & sprayed with cooking spray; flatten into 4" rounds & bake 8 - 10 minutes.

4While still hot, gently remove with a thin spatula & let cool completely.
