Got this easy appetizer from a friend. You can make it ahead (yeah!) and its very easy. Friends love it! I leave some of the mixture in the fridge and make 4 or 6 crackers when I need a snack.

How to Make Christys Cheese Cracker Appetizer

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients (except crackers) in a medium bowl. Can be refrigerated for two to three days at this stage.
  2. Spread cheese mixture on triscuits (mounding form). I found a fork works best for this. Lay crackers on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake in 350 oven for 3 to 4 minutes, till cheese is melted. Serve warm.
