1Peel onions and place, with water, in a saucepan. Boil onions for 3-5 minutes, depending on their size. Crush crackers and set aside. Dilute soup with 3/4 cup of water and set aside. Place onions in baking dish, leaving room between each one. Pour diluted soup over onions, covering each onion well. Sprinkle crushed crackers over onions. Place in 325 degree preheated oven for 35 minutes, checking at 25 minutes if your onions are small. Serve with any type of dish that you enjoy onions with, such as roast beef or even roast chicken.
