Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 ounces blue cheese
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1/2 cup parsley, fresh is best
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 - small onion, mashed
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Step 1Mix nuts and parsley; reserving 1/2

Step 2Mix all ingredients thoroughly using a food processor.

Step 3Roll into two balls, coating them with the nut and parsley mixture.
