What time is is? SillySammieTime

This is just one of those “hmmmm” what can I make that is good and quick for lunch?
And since I only had a handful of chips, this is what I came up with.
You’ll want to eat this as soon as it comes off the frying pan, otherwise the chips will get soggy.
I had a few zesty bread & butter pickles with it and it was amazing!

    salted butter for the bread

How to Make What time is is? SillySammieTime

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Grate the cheese, it looks like { cheese snow right? }
  3. Crush the potato chips ever so slightly.
  4. Place one slice of the bread { buttered side down } on a non stick pan.
  5. Top with the cheese.
  6. Put the crushed potato chips on top of the cheese. It’s hard to see the difference with the white cheese and chips, for that I am sorry 
  7. Top with the remaining cheese
  8. Put the second slice of bread on top { buttered side up } grille covered till the one side is golden brown.
  9. Remove the cover, turn over and continue frying uncovered till the second side is golden and the cheese has melted.
  10. Have a few pickles with this!
