skyline chili dip
I grew up eating this dip and still make it for just about every get together we have at our house. I was hesitant to post because it calls for Cincinnati style chili and I know it isn't available everywhere. But I did see it at Kroger's in Houston, TX so...here it is:) Also, I know there are a few Cincinnati style chili recipes on JAP so you could use those too:) Skylinechili.com has a "where to buy" section that lists the different states and stores where their products are sold. Oddly enough, it doesn't list Houston (but I bought it there soo:)

Ingredients
- 1 - block of cream cheese (8oz), softened
- 1 - can of skyline chili (10.5oz)
- 1-2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
How To Make skyline chili dip
-
Step 1Spread cream cheese to cover bottom of pie plate or shallow 8x8 dish.
-
Step 2Pour chili over cream cheese.
-
Step 3Cover with shredded cheddar. Microwave for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. People also cook this in the oven but I never have since the microwave is much faster and usually when I'm making this people are ready to eat it:). Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!!
