1-1/2 ccanned re-fried beans
1-1/2 c..(6oz,) shredded monterway jack cheese
1-1/2 c..(6 oz.) cheddar cheese
6dozen..corn tortilla chips
1 largetomato, seeded,and chopped
1/2 cthinly slicced canned jalapenos peppers
How to Make "NACHOS OLE" APPETIZERS --Cheese & Jalapeno s
- Warm refried beans in a small skillet over low heat
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine cheese in a small bowl, set aside.
Spread 1 teaspoon beans on each chip.
Arrange chips on a single layer with edges slightly over lapping,on 2-3 baking sheets.
Sprinkle chips loosly with tomatoes and jalapenos, now sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
Bake 5-8 minutes..till cheeses are bubbly and melted.
