How to Make Mom's Mexican Layered Dip
- 1Pour refried beans in a round fairly shallow casserole dish, add hot sauce. Mix both together and spread out in dish.
- 2Scatter jalepenos over top of beans, then spread sour cream on top.
- 3Then sprinkle cheese over top the sour cream evenly. Add scallions on top of cheese.
- 4Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted. Cool 2-3 minutes, then serve with your favorite tortilla chip.
