I've never eaten kale until I tried this recipe! I fell in love with these chips at first bite! They taste just like broccoli, but they are so delicate and crispy! Very healthy too! This recipe is from About.com

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh kale, washed and dried well
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

How To Make kale chips

  • Step 1
    Place oven rack on lowest part of your oven.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 350^
  • Step 3
    Remove all stems and spine from kale and tear into 3' pieces.
  • Step 4
    Place kale in a very large bowl and toss with all remaining ingredients.
  • Step 5
    Then spread out 1/2 the kale onto a large parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Step 6
    Bake for 10 mintues.
  • Step 7
    Remove from oven and stir chips.
  • Step 8
    Place back in oven for about 9 mintues or til fully crispy. But do not burn them.
  • Step 9
    Repeat this with the second tray.
  • Step 10
    Serve warm or room temp.
