  • 1 lb
    fingerling medley potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp
    seasonello herbal and aromatic salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    white truffle oil

How to Make Guilty Pleasure Potato Chips


  1. Rinse all the starch from potatoes and dry on paper towels or kitchen cloths
  2. Preheat fryer to 340 degrees F. Fry potatoes for 3-4 minutes or until just beginning to brown & crispy, Flip potatoes as you are frying to fry evenly. *Cook in batches*
  3. Drain oil from potatoes. Add hot potato chips to a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with seasoning and oil. *Sprinke in batches*
