fingerling medley potatoes, thinly sliced
1 tsp
seasonello herbal and aromatic salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper
2 Tbsp
white truffle oil

How to Make Guilty Pleasure Potato Chips


  • 1Rinse all the starch from potatoes and dry on paper towels or kitchen cloths
  • 2Preheat fryer to 340 degrees F. Fry potatoes for 3-4 minutes or until just beginning to brown & crispy, Flip potatoes as you are frying to fry evenly. *Cook in batches*
  • 3Drain oil from potatoes. Add hot potato chips to a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with seasoning and oil. *Sprinke in batches*
