- 1 pound fingerling medley potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon seasonello herbal and aromatic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons white truffle oil

Step 1Rinse all the starch from potatoes and dry on paper towels or kitchen cloths

Step 2Preheat fryer to 340 degrees F. Fry potatoes for 3-4 minutes or until just beginning to brown & crispy, Flip potatoes as you are frying to fry evenly. *Cook in batches*

Step 3Drain oil from potatoes. Add hot potato chips to a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with seasoning and oil. *Sprinke in batches*
