Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- 1 cup cottage cheese, lowfat
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chives, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 7 ounces pkg. corn tortillas
- 2 teaspoons corn oil
- - small head leaf lettuce
- - assorted raw vegetables
How To Make guacamole with chips

Step 1Halve and peel avocado and cut into chunks. Place in a blender with cottage cheese, lime juice, chives, and red pepper flakes. Blend to desired consistency. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 2Just before serving, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brush tortillas lightly with oil. Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-6 minutes or until browned and crisp.

Step 3Line a serving bowl with lettuce leaves and mound the guacamole on top. Serve with tortilla chips and raw vegetables.
