Ingredients

  • 1/2 package two day old tortillas
  • 1 - inch hot oil in iron skillet

How To Make fresh chips

  • Step 1
    Cut slightly day old tortilla in a pie cut of eight pieces. Seperate. Place in hot oil. Turn when light tan. Remove after both sides are tanned. Drain on paper towel. Be sure to keep apart when draining oil.
  • Step 2
    They are great with sugar/cinnamon, or use with nachos or with a taco salad.
