  1. Cut tortillas into strips. In a long pan or plate combine sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or a deep fryer add 2 cups of oil on a med high heat. Slowly add tortilla when oil gets hot. Cook until golden brown, then drain the extra oil on a paper towel.
  3. Be carefully tortilla are hot, Place them in the mixture until coded and set in a bowl for munching..
