I created this amazing dip for my son's graduation party. He is University of South Dakota bound and his dad is an alumni so this is for them. Go Coyotes!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces diced pimentos, drained
- 15 ounces can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 10 ounces can rotel mild diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained
- 2 cups shredded colby & monterey jack cheese
- dash mrs. dash southwest chipotle salt free blend
How To Make dakota dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a bowl, combine fat free cream cheese and drained pimentos. Press into bottom a 9 inch glass baking dish.

Step 2In a separate bowl, mix rinsed black beans and drained Rotel; spread over cream cheese mixture. Cover with shredded cheese. Sprinkle on the Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning. Bake for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden around the edges. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
