Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light mayo
- 8 ounces neufchatel cream cheese, room temp.
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 6 ounces can fancy white crabmeat, drained
- 1/4 cup diced sweet onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- dash cayenne pepper
- dash old bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine light mayo, neufchatel, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, drained crab meat, onion, garlic and seasonings. Spread into a 9 inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with Panko crumbs. Bake @ 350 for about 15 minutes. Serve with baked won tons or crackers.
