1 pkglarge curd cottage cheese
1 1/2 Tbspgarlic salt
How to Make Chip Dip!
- Drain excess moisture from Cottage Cheese. Have cream cheese at room temperature.
- Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix with mixer until smooth, there will be lump from the cottage cheese. Taste. Add more garlic salt if needed.
- Enjoy with some plain potato chips! Also good as a dip for chicken, fries, etc.
