  • 1/3 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Cheese taco shells


  1. Place cheese in a thin layer on parchment paper
  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute
  3. While cheese is flexable with parchment paper still attached, bend the cheese over a round object (to give it a shape)
  4. When cheese is cooled pull paper. And you have a no carb taco shell.
  5. You could make smaller version of shells to serve as chips
