How to Make Cheese taco shells
- Place cheese in a thin layer on parchment paper
- Microwave on high for 1 minute
- While cheese is flexable with parchment paper still attached, bend the cheese over a round object (to give it a shape)
- When cheese is cooled pull paper. And you have a no carb taco shell.
- You could make smaller version of shells to serve as chips
