Ingredients
- 3.5 pounds potatos, red, cut crosswise into 1/8 inches
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted

Step 1Position racks in upper and lower third of oven and preheat to 500.

Step 2Lightly grease 2 baking sheets and arrange potato slices in single layer on prepared baking sheets.

Step 5Switch pan positions and continue baking until potatoes are crisp and browned around edges, about 7 to 9 minutes.

Step 6Transfer to heated platter.
