INGREDIENTS

For the crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
•
1/2 stick butter
•
pinch of salt
•
For the cake:
•
1 1/8 cups all purpose flour
•
1/4 cup cocoa powder
•
1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
3/4 cup brown sugar
•
1 egg
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1 cup milk (I used 1/2 cup whole and 1/2 cup 1%)
•
1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.) butter, melted
•
2 tablespoons sour cream
•
For the topping:
•
1/2 bag of marshmallows; large or small (In some of my jars I used the minis and others I used the new marshmallow stackers, which are kind of fun.)
