Name: S'mores Cake in a Jar
Ingredients: For the crust:; 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs; 1/2 stick butter; pinch of salt; For the cake:; 1 1/8 cups all purpose flour; 1/4 cup cocoa powder; 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 3/4 cup brown sugar; 1 egg; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1 cup milk (I used 1/2 cup whole and 1/2 cup 1%); 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.) butter, melted; 2 tablespoons sour cream; For the topping:; 1/2 bag of marshmallows; large or small (In some of my jars I used the minis and others I used the new marshmallow stackers, which are kind of fun.)
