2 1/2 cups of corn kernels, cut from grilled corn on the cob

2 1/2 cups of zucchini, grilled (about 1 medium zucchini or 2 small ones)
•
1 Tablespoon butter
•
1 medium onion, peeled & chopped (about 1 cup)
•
2 - 5 cloves of garlic, peeled & chopped
•
1 quart of chicken or vegetable broth
•
2 potatoes, peeled and chopped (about 2 cups)
•
1 bay leaf
•
2 Tablespoons fresh chopped basil leaves
•
1 cup fat free half & half or milk
•
2 oz. shredded Asiago cheese
•
1/2 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (more or less to taste)
•
2 - 3 teaspoons Red Robin Seasoning (more or less to taste)
•
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
