1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 package (8 ounces) smoked trout, skin removed
1 package (6-8 ounces) flatbread crackers or Melba toasts
Flat leaf parsley as garnish
