Smoked Sausage and Vegetable Sheet Pan Dinner - Simply Scratch

a pinch of cayenne pepper
1 pound baby potatoes
3/4 pound diced butternut squash
1 tablespoon light olive oil
kosher salt and ground black pepper
3/4 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
14 ounces smoked sausage (I used turkey) or kielbasa, sliced
cooked brown and wild rice medley, for serving (optional)
minced parsley, for serving
