INGREDIENTS
For Pate a Choux:
1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter
1 cup (237 ml) water
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
4 large eggs
For Salmon Filling:
8 oz (227 g) cream cheese
softened
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
chilled
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz (227 g) smoked salmon
3 to 4 tbsp fresh chopped dill
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
