INGREDIENTS

1 pound penne (or other pasta - cooked)

1 pound fresh asparagus - trimmed (lightly cooked, and cut into 2” pieces)

1 pound smoked salmon (get the best quality you can find - flaked)
•
2 cups frozen peas - thawed
•
½ cup red onion - thinly sliced
•
¼ cup fresh lemon juice + zest from ½ large lemon
•
1 tablespoon dried dill
•
2 tablespoons olive oil
•
8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
•
½ teaspoon sea salt (to taste + more for pasta water)
•
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or more/less to taste)
•
1½ large fresh lemons cut into wedges for serving*
