1/2 pound cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup chives, finely cut
1 lime, juiced
1/2 Tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 Tablespoon sugar
Idaho Potato Chips:
2 Idaho potatoes
Oil for deep frying
2 Tablespoons dry spice seasoning
To Assemble and Serve:
1/2 pound Chipotle Cream Cheese
1/2 pound short smoked salmon
1 red onion, diced
2 ounces capers
