Creamy Cilantro Dip:
•
3/4 c. fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
•
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. olive oil
•
1/3 c. water
•
2 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
•
1/4 c. chopped pecans
•
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
•
2 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped

2 garlic cloves
•
