1 medium Head of Cauliflower (about 22-22 oz)
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Liquid Sweetener of Choice (I used sugar-free maple syrup but if not keto you can use maple syrup or honey )
1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
2 teaspoons Tomato Paste
