1 medium Yellow Potato (peeled and cut into small cubes, about 1/2" in size)
1 Carrot (peeled and chopped (about 1/3 cup))
1 Celery Stalk (chopped (about 1/3 up))
1/3 cup finely chopped Yellow Onion
1 clove Garlic (minced)
2 cups Chicken Bone Broth*
2 tbsp. dry White Wine
1 Bay Leaf
1/2 tsp. White Miso Paste
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1 tbsp. finely chopped Fresh Parsley (or 1/2 tsp. dried parsley)
1/2 cup Whole Milk
