2 boxes fudge brownie mix, plus ingredients on back of boxes

FOR THE COOKIE DOUGH FILLING:

3/4 cup salted butter, softened
•
3/4 cup brown sugar
•
1/4 cup granulated sugar
•
2 tsp vanilla extract
•
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream or milk
•
2 cups all-purpose flour (if you're worried about using raw flour, heat-treat the flour or use a flour substitution, such as almond flour, oat flour, or coconut flour)

1 & 1/2 cups miniature chocolate chips

12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
