2 bell peppers (red, orange or yellow) sliced into thin strips

2 cloves of garlic, mined or pressed

1/4 cup soy sauce
•
2 Tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
•
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
•
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
•
1/4 cup peanut butter
•
1/4 cup cold water
•
2 Tbsp corn starch
•
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped.
