1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cornmeal

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking powder
•
1/4 teaspoon salt

Variations:
•
Add a 7 ounce can of green chilis during prep and reduce the sugar to 1 tablespoon for a delicious Green Chili Corn Pudding.
