5 large green bell peppers, tops and seeds removed
1 1/2 cups cooked white rice
1 (24 oz.) jar tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic , minced
1 medium white onion, diced finely
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
