INGREDIENTS

1 lb. hot Jimmy Dean sausage (browned and drained)
•
1 (16-oz.) container Mexican sour cream (regular sour cream will do fine if you can't find this)
•
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
•
2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
•
1/4 cup sliced green onion
•
1 jalapeno, minced (keep the seeds in if you want it really hot)
•
1 cup salsa (I used Newman's medium salsa)
•
additional green onions if desired
•
chips for serving
