1-1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
1 medium yellow onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup Holland House Red Cooking Wine
2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
3 dried bay leaves
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 lb. dry, uncooked spaghetti
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil or parsley leaves
