1 (10 oz) can coconut milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 (12 oz) jar salsa verde
2 (14 oz) cans great northern beans, drained
2 cups frozen corn
1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
1 small jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1½ teaspoons cumin
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
juice of ½ a fresh lime (or a little more if you’d like)
