Slow Cooker Red Lentil Dahl

INGREDIENTS
400 g Dried Red Lentils (rinsed)
400 ml Coconut Milk
400 g Chopped Tomatoes
1 Onion (peeled and finely chopped)
4 Garlic Cloves (peeled and finely chopped)
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger (peeled and grated)
1 Lemon (juice only)
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Mild Chilli Powder
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Ground Coriander
3 tsp Mild Curry Powder (or use 2 tbsp curry paste)
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 Bay Leaf
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander (chopped)
1 tbsp Mango Chutney (stirred though at the end of cooking)
