8-10 Cups Fresh Tomatoes Peeled and Diced (if you donâ??t have fresh tomatoes you can use cans of diced tomatoes instead)

2 Green Peppers Diced

2 White Onions Diced
•
1 Banana Pepper Diced (use Jalapeño if you like spicy)
•
4 Tablespoons of Italian Seasoning
•
2 Tablespoons of Salt (more or less depending on your taste)
•
3 Garlic Cloves minced
•
1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro (I donâ??t always use this, but had it on hand)
