SLOW COOKER PUMPKIN COBBLER

INGREDIENTS
1 Fifteen oz. Can Pumpkin Puree
8 oz. evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt
1 Cup brown sugar
½ Cup Angry Orchard Hard Cider Crisp Apple – (if you don’t want to use hard cider just use apple juice)
1 Cup Bisquick divided into 1/3 cup bowls
6 Tablespoons crushed graham crackers
2 eggs, beaten
4 Tablespoons butter, sliced into smaller pats
1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice (or you can use ½ Tablespoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon cloves, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg)
