INGREDIENTS

3-4 pound beef Roast (I used a top round roast)
•
10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup (don't add water)
•
10 3/4 ounce can french onion soup (don't add water)
•
1/4 cup cornstarch
•
1.5 to 2 pounds red potatoes kept whole
•
5 carrots peeled, and cut into 3 sections
•
1 large white onion, cut into 8 pieces
•
salt and pepper to taste
