1 small onion (diced)
6 cups water
2 tablespoons beef bouillon paste
2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (chop the peppers, or just adobo sauce.)
10 ounces tomatoes with green chiles (undrained)
6 medium cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon cumin
