½ cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons finely minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon granulated onion or onion powder
1 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into small chunks (OR 10-ounces frozen pineapple chunks)
12 6-inch tortillas ((corn or flour))
