1 (12-oz) bag frozen butternut squash cubes
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
1 (15-oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup raisins
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne
3 lb bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
1 (10-oz) box couscous
½ cup pitted black olives, halved
