1/4 cup Flour (use Sorghum Flour for a Gluten free version)

1 teaspoon Parsley
•
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
•
1/2 teaspoon Paprika

4 large Potatoes (Yellow flesh varieties are tastier), skin on or off, cut into 2 " cubes

3 large Carrots, skin on and cut in 2" lengths
•
1 Onion (Spanish, sweet or red), cut in large chunks
•
1 large stalk Celery, cut in 2" lengths
•
2 cloves of Garlic, minced
•
2 Bay leaves
•
1 1/2 cups Beef Broth
•
1 teaspoon Worchestershire Sauce
